Bongiwe Praise Magwaza, 22, accused of killing her police officer boyfriend

Bongiwe Praise Magwaza, 22, from Bosksburg, Gauteng, is accused of murdering her 32-year-old boyfriend, Kgopotso Ntsana, a police officer.   On December 2, 2022, 34-year-old Sergeant Kgopotso Ntsana, who works at the Elsburg police station, was allegedly shot by his 22-year-old girlfriend after they had a disagreement at Leo Makalapa Windmill Park Estate in Boksburg. According to the report, Ntsana cut Magwaza’s hair, then she disarmed, stabbed, and shot him.   “It is further alleged that during the dispute, Ntsana cut Magwaza’s hair, then she disarmed, stabbed, and shot him.”She then fled to a ‘friend’s place’ in Germiston” said Warrant Officer Bonnie Nxumala of the Hawks in Gauteng

He further explains that on December 3, Magwaza returned to the house and found Ntsana’s body with a gunshot wound to the head. She informed her neighbours, who alerted the authorities. “On Saturday, December 3, 2022, she returned to the house and found Ntsana’s body with a gunshot wound to the head. She informed her neighbours, who alerted the authorities.   Magwaza was later arrested and appeared shortly in court on December 7, where she was taken into custody. The matter was postponed to today for further investigation.
