Two arrested for the brutal murder of seven Lismor Farm workers

Free State – Two suspects, aged 22 and 34 have been arrested in connection with the brutal murder of seven Lismor Farm workers. It is said that the two were arrested on a road just outside Bohlokong Township. Police also recovered two firearms which were stolen from the same farm house and it is believed that one of the firearms could have been the murder of a weapon. It has also been confirmed that the man murdered was a 17 year old whilst the six women’s ages ranges from 22 and 53. “We expect the next of kin to confirm their full names during the day while the the formal identification of the bodies will be conducted”  said Brigadier Motantsi Makhele The suspects are set to appear at the Kestell magistrate court on Monday, 18 July 2022 facing charges of seven counts of murder, armed robbery and unlawful possession of firearms.
