KZN – 18 year old Sanele Mncwabe who was accused of stealing cellphone was discovered dead on a unpaved pathway in Nkangala, Inanda.
It is said that Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) was called for assistance after the family of Mncwabe located his body during a search. On arrival to the scene RUSA medics examined the teens body and discovered that he sustained force trauma to his body.

Friends came to their house on Sunday morning and asked whether Mncwabe returned on Saturday night.
It was then that they informed his family that they were assaulted by members of the community after they were accused of stealing a cellphone. The trio managed to escape but were unable to locate Mncwabe thereafter.
The teen’s family then conducted a search party and recovered his ‘bruised’ and ‘battered’ body in Nkangala. The deceased was a grade 10 pupil at Magqibagqiba Secondary school in Emzinyathi.
