Pule Mmodi is a South African professional football player who currently plays for Kaizer Chiefs and also the South African national team, Bafana Bafana.

Early life
The South African born midfielder was born on the 23rd of February 1993. As from August 2023, Pule Mmodi is 30 years old.
He was born and raised in a place called Theunissen, which is in Free State.
Football Career
The Free State born midfielder started his football career at the club called Mangaung united. The club is currently playing in the amateur division in South Africa.
In August 2018, he signed for the KwaZulu-Natal side, Uthongathi Football Club. The club is based in a small township in KwaZulu-Natal which is called Uthongathi, not very far from Ndwedwe.
He gained a lot of recognition while he was still at Uthongathi Football Club. The club unfortunately failed to get a promotion to the South African top flight, Dstv Premiership, after many attempts.
They then sold their status at the beginning of this season.
Pule Mmodi joined the Lamontville based side, Golden Arrows, three years ago. He also managed to excel at the KwaZulu-Natal side.
He was then targeted by clubs like Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs and also Amazulu Football Club. Lamontville Golden Arrows were also knee on keeping the talented midfielder, however, he opted against signing a new deal with the KwaZulu-Natal side.
Pule Mmodi was then heavily linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs during the June transfer window last year, however, Kaizer Chiefs could not reach an agreement with Lamontville Golden Arrows.
It was reported that Lamontville Golden Arrows were looking to pocket around R2 Million for the midfielder, however, Amakhosi were not willing to pay that much for the player who only has one year left in his contract.
Pule Mmodi has now joined Kaizer Chiefs as a free-agent and has already scored two goals for the club in just three games. Both goals were scored when they took on Amazulu Football Club last week.
