When we say South Africa is a movie, we ain’t joking. One Checkers delivery man was having possibly his worst day when some pedestrians who had a little bit to drink started singing the legendary “Velaphi” song, stopping him from doing his work.
Velaphi was a TV show that was about Velaphi, who was a scooter messenger working for an advertising agency called Shukushukuma. The theme song had become so popular in South Africa to the extent that it is now being used to jokingly refer to delivery drivers on motorbikes.

Whilst there were mixed reactions with regards to the clip, the truth be told is that most of them had a good laugh.
